Please don’t sue us.

We want to help people find artists that they like, so that they may go and buy the artist’s music.  We try to post songs that are either available elsewhere, often as a download from the artist’s website, or songs that we think characterize the sound of a specific artist; in doing this we are not intending to cause harm to any artist.  In fact, we like the artists.  We want them to get paid, so that they can go on making music that we all love, so we like to link to iTunes or Amazon so that our readers can quickly (and legally) buy the artist’s music.  

So, rest assured, none of us are profiting from the musician’s material.  

However, if you are a musician or a record label and really don’t like that we thought your work was so awesome that we had to show other people about it, by all means, email us using our contact form, and we promise we will delete the file in question and not post your music in the future.
