Andrew Bird - Plasticities
It’s pretty safe to say that Chicago native Andrew Bird has played nearly every type of music imaginable. From blues to classical to South Indian traditional music, his repertoire of music is as old as he is. Bird uses odd instruments, such as whistling and the glockenspiel, to produce his unique brand of folk rock, and it totally works. His new album, Noble Beast, comes out on January 20th. Here’s a fun video of Bird playing one of the tracks from his last album while walking down Sydney Harbor.
